氫化磷脂是以天然磷脂為原料，在催化劑作用下，將不飽和脂肪酸（雙鍵加氫）變成飽和脂肪酸，飽和的氫化磷脂改變了天然磷脂容易氧化的性質(zhì)，并且其具有良好的兼容性和有效性，作為穩(wěn)定劑和表面活性劑被應(yīng)用于各種化妝品中，特別適合于O/W乳液。
